This application is made for the purpose of procuring rental herein described premises, and for credit clearance.

Everything that I/we have stated in this application is correct to the best of my/our knowledge. I/we understand that you will retain this application whether or not it is approved. You are authorized to check my/our credit and employment history and to answer questions about my/our credit experience with you.
I/we hereby agree to release and hold harmless Landlord, and its agents, servants and employees from any and all legal liability, legal proceedings, and costs of attorney fees arising from either the verification of the information contained on this applications from or the release of this information to other parties.
I/we hereby agree to allow utility companies to release information about the cost of your utilities

All of the above/attached data and information set forth herein including, but not limited to the statement of my/our assets, income and financial condition is warranted to be true and accurate and to fully and correctly stat my/our financial condition as of the date of this application. I/we also agree to notify you of any changes in the status of any of the aforementioned items during the course of my/our tenancy.
It is agreed that earnest money deposit will be held by Landlord to reserve the premises listed herein for applicants occupancy. The earnest money deposit will not be refundable after three (3) days except in the event applicant is not approved or possession of said premises cannot be delivered to applicant on the date specified.

It is understood that a pre determined fee will be applied to each applicant as a processing fee, it is not a deposit and will not be refunded or applied to rent if applicant(s) is approved or declined. This fee is for the cost of process of the application for residents employment verification and credit check. Application processing fee is non-refundable.

Applicant will be required to sign either a lease or rental agreement. If this application is accepted, it will become part of either rental agreement or lease. Upon signing either rental agreement or lease the applicant agrees to pay the following:
Earnest money deposit for the above described property.
This earnest money deposit is paid to the lessor as consideration for holding the property and shall be retained by lessor in the event the applicant withdraws application or refuses to execute lease or rental agreement.
